Your HR function run every month, from advice and administration to recruitment and payroll, without hiring an HR team. From IDR 1,500,000 per month, duration minimum 3 months.

In a growing company, HR usually falls to the founder or the finance team on top of their real job. Contracts are renewed late, new hires are enrolled in BPJS late, and payroll is rebuilt every month in a spreadsheet only one person understands.

- Monthly payroll and payslips
- Income tax (PPh 21) and BPJS calculations
- Recruitment to shortlist, up to 2 open roles
Employees remain employed by your company; this is not outsourcing or an Employer of Record (EOR) service. For payroll, data is due by the 20th, payslips are ready by the 25th, and your company makes the salary transfers. Companies with more than 50 employees are quoted by proposal.

How is this different from outsourcing?
Your employees stay employed by your company. We do the HR work; we do not take over the employment relationship.
What if something urgent happens during office hours?
Send a WhatsApp message any time with the word URGENT. It is answered the same day within service hours, from 17.00 WIB. From the first month, your team also receives a first-response guide for emergencies such as a workplace accident or an employee going missing.
Can we stop the service?
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, you can stop with 30 days' notice.
