Drafting your Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan, PP) through to ratification: the draft, consultation with employee representatives, the filing package and handling revisions. From IDR 3,000,000, duration 4–6 weeks.

Companies with 10 or more employees must have ratified Company Regulations, renewed every 2 years. Incomplete applications are often held up because BPJS or mandatory labour reporting (WLKP) data is not in order.

How the regulations are filed depends on where your company operates. If you have work locations in more than one city or regency, the filing is made online through the Ministry of Manpower's PP-PKB system, and we handle it end to end. If you operate in a single city or regency, the filing is usually submitted in person at the local labour office (Disnaker): we prepare the complete package and a step-by-step guide, your representative submits it, and we handle the reviewer's notes until the regulations are ratified.

How long until the regulations are ratified?
Drafting and consultation with employee representatives usually take 2–4 weeks. Under the Manpower Law, the authority must ratify within 30 working days of receiving a complete application.
Can the whole filing be done online?
It depends on your work locations. Companies operating in more than one city or regency file online through the Ministry of Manpower's PP-PKB system, which we handle entirely. Single-location companies usually file in person at the local labour office; we prepare the package and the guide, your representative submits it, and we handle the revisions.
What do we need to prepare?
Company details, proof of WLKP reporting and BPJS enrolment, and employee representatives available for discussion. If WLKP or BPJS is incomplete, we help fix it first.
Our regulations have expired. Can you renew them?
Yes. Renewal is included in the Basic package, updated to the latest rules.
