Features
Everything in one place
Courses organised in modules and lessons: video, YouTube, PDF, slides and text. Instructors build courses themselves without IT help.
Videos that are actually watched
Videos cannot be sped up or skipped, and resume where the learner left off. A lesson counts as complete only when the video is watched to the end.
Quizzes with pass marks
Multiple-choice quizzes with a pass mark and attempt limit. Learners who want a retake give a reason; an admin approves or rejects it.
Assignments with deadlines
Assign a course to everyone, a department or one person, with a deadline and a required flag. Learners see their required training on their dashboard.
Automatic reminders
Emails go out when a course is assigned, 7 days and 1 day before the deadline, and weekly when overdue. Admins no longer chase people one by one.
Verifiable certificates
PDF certificates are issued automatically on completion, with a unique code and a public verification page.
Ready-made reports
Completion by course, a list of overdue employees, and CSV export for management or audit evidence.
Roles and security
Three roles: Admin, Instructor and Learner. Encrypted passwords, permission checks on every page, files visible only to signed-in users, and role changes logged.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The HCD LMS licence is free for your company's own use, with no per-employee fees and no time limit. You only pay for services: implementation, course packs and support if you need them.
If it is free, why pay for implementation?
Implementation is our work installing the platform on your hosting, setting up your logo and company name, importing employees and training your admin. The software is free; the expertise and time are what you pay for.
What hosting do we need?
cPanel hosting that supports Node.js apps and MySQL databases. A standard plan is enough. We check your hosting before implementation.
Is employee data stored on HCD's servers?
No. The platform is installed on your own server or hosting, so the data stays entirely with you.
What about updates and fixes?
Bug fixes are free for 60 days after implementation. After that, updates and help are available through monthly support, or IDR 250,000 per hour for one-off requests.
